Why two resolvers

1.1.1.1's DoH endpoint answers from its global cache and observably honors fresh TTLs; a good measure of what most recursive resolvers see.
dns.google answers from a separate cache and ASN. When the two agree, propagation is done; when they differ, you are looking at cache lag or split-horizon DNS.
